You will report direct to company Director, knowledge of Sage Line 50 and Microsoft Office essential.
Essential Skills::
- Preferably with experience of Sage Line 50
- Dealing with invoices
- Posting of all purchasing invoices and reconciliation of creditors ledger
- Maintain petty cash
- Provide satisfactory responses to all clients and suppliers queries
- Bank reconciliations
- Suppliers statements reconciliation
- Regular sending of customers statements
- Balance chasing/credit control
- All aspects of purchase and sales ledger
- Customers & Suppliers payments by cheques and BAC’s
- Dealing with customers queries
- Expenses
- Prepare VAT returns (online returns)
- End of the month reports
- Fix assets reports
- Dealing with accountants
- Posting of Journals
- Contra entries
- Dividend payments

Position: Junior / Trainee Support Field Engineer
Location: Head Office in St Albans, Herts

Taribo Ltd is a fast growing IT support Company. Due to continued expansion our Head office in St Albans, Herts is looking for a Junior/Trainee Support Field Engineer to join their existing team.
You will provide customer support. Customer systems are predominantly Microsoft Windows based (both server and desktop) as well as associated products (MS Exchange, MS Office etc.).
Essential Skills:
- full driving license and suitable transportation to the Taribo Office and for potential travel to and from customers’ sites in the future
- working knowledge of Windows XP, Windows Vista & Windows 7
- to be able to install PC’s & demonstrate good hardware fault diagnosis and resolution skills
- to be able to demonstrate Virus, Spyware removal techniques and understand the basics of tuning and speeding up slow running PC's
- network training and administration will be given in: Microsoft Small Business Server, Windows 2003 Server, Windows 2008 Server
- a good knowledge of wired and wireless networking services and a good working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and ADSL connectivity
- to be familiar with Microsoft Office and the ability to support users on all the common tools including Excel, Word and Outlook (Office 2003 to 2010)
Desirable Skills:
- Administration Skills
- Documentation & Written work skills
- Knowledge of ADSL routers & Wireless setups would be advantageous
- Apple OSX
