Pay as you go – Non contract – Emergency Response

 

Fees: Standard Response time*
Call Out Charge: £100 Inc 1st Hour
Standard rate: £75.00
SLA: No SLA

*  standard response  time = eight working hours
** emergency response time = four working hours is charged at double time rate after standard office working hours.
Overtime rate is charged at time and a half Monday to Friday on hours before 9am and after 5:30pm and charged at double time on Saturdays and Sundays and Public holidays

 

Pre-Purchase Investment hours:

The package entitles to 8 SLA. On site and remote support of existing hardware. Non expiring hours. No signed paper work, 7 days invoice in advance only.

 

5 additional hours - £325 Hourly rate: £65.00
10 additional hours - £600 Hourly rate: £60.00
15 additional hours - £825 Hourly rate: £55.00
Taster introduction– only one taster per customer
10 Pre-Paid hours - £500 Hourly rate: £50.00

 

Unlimited Monthly IT Support from just £14.50 per month!*

* This support contract is based on our Telephone and Remote Support SLA contract.
