The engineers experience with each individual system allows a problem to, occasionally, be diagnosed during the initial telephone call allowing the engineer to resolve it via remote access, negating the requirement for a site visit.
All notes and helpdesk calls are recorded in our centralised Electronic Back Office helpdesk system that are accessible via our engineers Smartphones.
Centralised detailed notes, assist us greatly with the continuity of other engineers being able to contribute to support cases.
