If your systems are relatively stable and you wish to plan for IT support on a low cost retainer basis, Taribo can offer a Telephone / Remote IT support service, (known as TRO).

 

This service is ideal for individuals or small businesses, who require Technical  IT support when one of their computers has an issue, or simply help when stuck. The customer can simply call our Helpdesk and request assistance. A pre deployed Calling Card Software can be installed on your machine or across your entire companies computing environment, or remote access can be granted to a member of our Support Personnel in a few seconds "as and when" required.

• We can “only” access the clients computers with their permission,
• The support software does not allow us to access your computer when we like or at any time.

Once given access our expert IT staff will be able to search for and pinpoint any problems that the computer might have and fix them remotely, without having to come on site.

We are able to talk to you at the same time on the phone whilst carrying out the Support work, and both Taribo and the Customer can see the same screen

 

This service operates completely remotely, and is effective and cheap as there is no expensive travel on-site charge to the customer. Taribo off this TRO service to customers on an ad-hoc basis or via an unlimited support monthly retainer basis.

 

Taribo are able to offer the onsite service if required for deliveries, installations, hardware failures or as required if necessary.
