No internet Connection

We would like to start with your Broadband Router.
To cut a long story short, please turn the router OFF.
Wait around 30 seconds and then turn it on again.
The router will connect and you should have your internet connection again.

ADSL Router Flashing Light

An ADSL router usually has DSL light on it to indicate that it is receiving a Signal from the Telephone Exchange.
Please check that the light is Solid.
If the light is flashing, then it is looking for a signal.
Check that your ADSL Microfilter is in place.
Replace it if necessary.
Check all cables and connections.
